inputs and output

Hi can anyone help me with a problem that i have. The inputs that i have does not correlate with the output. To explain further, the value of 'CENTRAL FREQUENCY' is 350 but the output value "CENTRAL FREQUENCY 2" does not come out as 350 although it should be roughly plus minus 5 away from 350. Does anyone know how to solve this problem or explain to me why it is this way? I attached the whole VI if it helps but its a little messy.

After programming in several languages for several years, I was introduced to LabVIEW.  I "knew" how to program, and could write LabVIEW code, but to write good LabVIEW code, I needed to learn good LabVIEW coding practices.  I happened upon "The LabVIEW Style Book" (Peter Blume), read it cover-to-cover at least 4 times, and now 99% of all the VIs I write fit on a single Laptop screen.

Your VI isn't "messy" -- it is "impossible to view" as it requires more than a dozen Laptop screens to see what is going on, let alone "follow the wires" to see what is connected to what.
