install to another drive

I have a single board system with a 256 MB flash drive. I want to use my USB 40 GB hard drive to develop my LabView program; the executable program will be the only thing that resides on the flash drive. I want to install LabView completely on the USB drive. I understand that some DLL's and such have to be on the C drive but even with minimum installation it still wants 135 MB! Is there any way around this?

If you install it to another directory, you can then copy across the
things you decide that you need. If you want the entire LV development
environment, including all of vi.lib, examples, help, etc, then it will
be pretty big. Likely, you will not need all of vi.lib and other
things. Then copy the EXE directory to your flash.
