installing labview 8.2

I have a small question,

I am trying to install Labview 8.2, at the end of process the Multism 9 Educational evaluation window is open

and tries to install and ask about serial number?! by typing the serial number of labview it gives error!

what is happening? I don't know?

please help me!

You need other serial number for installation. It is "HB-0124-61050-7208-06086".  And you need release code for it.  Please see the following the KB.

I also recomend to install "Multism 10 Educational evaluation".  It does not need serial number and you can use newer version's functions.
