installing ni ni analyzer on site license

we have a universisty site license for labview.

I thought the license has all the bells and whistles including all toolkits

we are trying to install NI analyzer.

What CD is it on and how does it get installed and run?

 It seems as if some people have it and other dont and Im not sure why.
