Hi Jimmie,

Thanks for your answers. I already have marked in Kudos button.

Now, I have another doubt to solve. I am trying to stop a VI from another VI through VI Server feature. However, I do not want to stop the VI using abort method from VI Server. What I want is to set the value of a variable named stop which is wired to an ended element of a while loop in order to execute a piece of code before stopping the VI target. The problem that I have is that when the sampling period of the VI target is greater than 1seg (more and less), I see that the stop variable in VI target is pressed but the VI is not stopped. The state of execution of the VI target still is "Run top level" and no "Idel".

I have attached the VI target which is very simple "jilTest.vi".

Thanks in advance,

Héctor.-
