Write to Digital Line.vi on the Data Acquisition>Digital I/O palette is about as simple as you're going to find.

You will find an example to do this in the NI website.
Search "write one point to digital line", and look in the search
results.
Or, you should be able to find this VI in the examples shipped with
your labview version.
