keithley 2400

I used a Keithley 2400 to apply 1 µA of current to a 100 ohm resistor. I have programmed the front panel to display the applied current, but it does not output the correct value.
The source meter panel also shows the same incorrect value as the front panel.
Ni max and ni communicator outputs 1μA correctly.
How can I improve this situation?
