Right click on the error indicator and select 'Explain Error'.

Without seeing the code, can't give any real advice except perhaps increasing the read/write timeout setting.

Thanks for your answer. it works now, but i still have problem with read.vi  and write.vi because i can't read the mesure value, and for the writing, the Keithley 6430 generates the zero value and the span value, but i can't modify the generated value with a command for varying the power supply output. I would really appreciate your help. MESURE    SOURCE MESURE
