kinetic model feed back control

Hello.

I am a chemical engineer working on a lab reactor powered by Labview. I have a reaction kinetic model about the reaction ongoing inside the reactor and I am thinking about incorporating it into my program. I will have three input parameters from the process. Base on these inputs and my model calculation, I will control the amount of chemicals dosing into the reaction chamber. There will be some partial differential equation involved. However, my model still needs inprovement so I would like the code to be easy enough for me to modify, at least for the equation part. Is Labview alone capable of doing such a task?

In all probability, yes -- but you'd have to be more specific about your model to be sure.

My observation has been that, in general, LabVIEW programs are more limited by the developer than by LabVIEW.  (Not saying anything about you Rick, just trying to encourage you to go for it.  If anyone, I'm saying it about myself.)

So give it a shot.
