lab view 8 development system - application builder installation

Have received via SSP the upgrade for Labview 8 . I used application builder in V7.1. The LV 8 disc says FDS and application builder, and I have a licenses for LV 8 and Application Builder ( different numbers and product code) . I loaded LV 8 , but on the project buld ( right click )> new .> source distribution (only)

 I have some vi's in the project. 

I then tried reloading LV 8 disc and putting in the LV 8 license code , it would not accept this.

help!!!!!please!!!

This is not really a question the forum can answer.  If you have SSP then you are entitled to telephone support from the UK, please can you contact our Support Department who will assist you with your activation process.

Have your serial numbers for LabVIEW 8.0 for FSD and Apps Builder (for ver 8.0) to hand as well as your computer ID (located from NI License Manager)

Please be asked to put through to support, if you are not the named SSP owner then you will be identified as having Basic Support we will then offer 30days support from the point of your call. If you are the primary user of LabVIEW but not correctly identified on our system we can do a license transfer later (see attached document).
