Assumiong you want the English version you should use LA2012SP1_64WinEng.exe.

A cautionary tale, hope it helps someone: I had a .NET dll that required running in 32-bit. I had both 32 bit and 64 bit LabVIEWs installed on my machine. At some point, Windows changed the program to automatically open lvproj files from 32 bit, which worked, to 64 bit, which didn't. And I spent the next few weeks trying to figure out why all my programs suddenly didn't work. 

I am using LabVIEW 2017, in which the 32-bit version's icon has a black background, and the 64-bit version's icon has a white background. This is how the LabVIEW support tech was able to spot this issue.
