labview 8.6 sound output configure

In my computer ,there are saveral sound cards.These cards is added in the computer except the first one. I can know the number of each card.When I want the sound from one of the card,I need put the number of the card to the ID Drivce of sound output configure.The question is that  if I put the number of 0 to the ID Drivce of sound output configure,the first card can be used.But,when I put the else number of the card to the ID Drivce of sound output configure,no card can be used,why?Thank you very much!

Hi Fairypan,

Thanks for the post and I hope your well.

Im not sure I understand your issue - could you maybe post your LabVIEW code?

If you could try to rexplain the issue, maybe with a screenshot - this would really help!

I would make sure you have configured for your system for multiple soundcards. Maybe see this link (external).
