labview code to trigger and scan spectra from HR4000 spectrometer?

Hi Reja and gekerhl,

I am a gradaute student working over online sampling and analysis of chemical reaction species in a very small reactor system.  I use labview for data analysis and post-processing and HR4000 Spectrometer.  I could not locate the Driver file and VI for the same.

I have a working example from the vendor as well as the latest driver at work. I am at home now so I will have to wait untill I go to work tomorrow so I can send it to you. What version of Labview do you use?  You can email me at mario.dominguez@coherent.com and I can respond with the example attached. Otherwise I will post it here.

Hi,

  I am currently running labview 8.0 and trying to troubleshoot my labview program used to record data from our ocean optics s2000 spectrometer using ooiscan.vi.  I've been having the same trouble as posted above that every now and then data is "dropped" and records that point as zero.  I'm recording at 10hz.  When I record at 16hz there is more dropped data and the longer I record the more lost data there is.  If anyone can help it would be much appreciated because Ocean Optics just terminated their tech support for labview based drivers.

Thanks for contacting National Instruments. I was unable to find anything on our end regarding your issue.  Perhaps you can try to contact the previous poster.  He seems to have a working solution from that vender, and he seems willing to help out.
