labview community version has labview control design and simulation module? is it free for community version?

I currently using the Labview community version 2020 for my self-learning purpose. I have installed the control design and simulation module toolbox and electrical power toolkit but it says that it will expire soon....is not free for the community version?

I don't think there are community versions of these toolkits.
