labview consuming cpu with no running vi

I'm running Labview 2012 12.0f3  64 bit Professional.

When my laptop comes out of standby, Labview starts consuming 13% CPU with no running vi's.

There are several VI's open but not running.

This is very annoying.

Is this expected behaviour or a known problem?

Thanks!

It does seem to be the same issue maybe with a bit of a different symptom.

Instead of one CPU at ~100%, I have 4 CPUs each at 13%.

Still, this is enough of a load to make a noticeable difference to the performance of my workstation.

I hope it gets fix in the next patch.
