labview eval formula node

I really don't know what mistake I make. What I did was only create control and inducator for the eval formula node and input some values. I really have no idea why it doesn't work [Please see the attachment, that is what I have on front panel]

It'd be more informative if you either uploaded the vi or sent an image of the block diagram. There's not a whole lot to be gleaned from just a front panel.
