I am writing a labview pda vi to allow an ipaq 3630 to act as a receiver for an external serial device so that datalogging can take place.
Serial comms works ok but I'm now looking at file storage on the PDA so that I can create, read or write to a file (in a datalogging capacity as an extension to the above serial software) but I'm having some problems with this. Ideally I'd like the file to be created in a format that can also be opened and edited in Pocket Excel. I've scanned the help stuff but its very limited in this area. Has anybody had success with this?
