But i want to take data without DAQ Device because i cannot buy this device ,for this 

either i should connect serial port externally on Emg circuit and then use A/D convertor .

I m asking u will it then possible 4 me to show on Labview because i am not sure about being compatible of this circuit design with labview

If your time is worth anything, it will cost you more to design, build, and test an A/D converter and a serial port circuit than to buy an inexpensive DAQ device like the USB-6008.

If you are an accomplished analog, mixed signal, and digital circuit designer, then you should be able to build all the circuits you need. In addition to the A/D converter and the serial port, you also need a controller which manages the data format and timing for the whole system.

Since you do not appear to understand what is required, I think your cahnces for success are low.

The cheapest solution could be an arduino.
