labview shuttin down while trying to Build EXE

Hello,

 I am trying to develop a program using LabVIEW 8.0 and when I am trying to build exe the Entire LabVIEW software is getting closed. There hadn't been any such problem till now and I had even made EXE files of the same program many times earlier.. Can anyone help me in finding out a solution for this.

Does the CPU goes to a 100% while you build the installer? Also doe isclose abruptly (may it says not responsding)

Why dont you try calling your local NI representative and explain the situation ?

Could you try building the same one on a different PC? If not try re-install Labview.! If that doesn't help either call the support or mail us at our support mailbox.

Dear Friend,

   You can try the following options.

   1. Check enough amount of free space in that particular building application drive.

   2. Clear the temporary files in the temp folder.

   3. Increase the page size.

Yes as suggested, Find the free space available. I once ran into a similar problem having very less free space and using 128mb ram. Check this before you even try repairing labVIEW.
