laplace pde solver

Does anyone know if there exists a vi that solves Laplace's equation on a 2-d square (with boundary conditions)? There is one in 6.0 that solves it for a circle, but this is not quite what I need. Thanks

Hello,

The "Laplace Transform Real.vi" is the only Laplace-related VI included with LabVIEW 6.0 as well as LabVIEW 7.0. Is this the one you were using in 6.0? This VI is the limit of the LabVIEW laplace capabilities, but if you would like some help with trying to configure it for your needs, I would be happy to assist you. Please let me know. Thanks for your response. I'm actually looking for a vi that solves the Laplace partial differential equation, not the Laplace transform. The vi I was talking about is called "Laplace PDE on a Circle" - I can only find it through help-search by typing laplace. You have to have the Advanced Analysis Vi's installed to use it. It is essentially what I need, but rather than circular geometry, I need a rectangular one. I'm guessing it probably exists somewhere, but its just a matter of finding out where. Any ideas?
