launch script matlab sim(model) but I can't get the prompt matlab for get_param using SIT

My problem is :

I have wrote a script Matlab in labview which launch a simulation in Matlab : the command is " sim (Mymodel)"
But when i do this, I can't do any get_param with SIT.

Any idea ??
