limit of stability

actually i am working on medical project that is based on the physiotherapy (Limit of Stability). i need suggestions to make this in labview . i attach two images and one video link of this project.

You'd probably need to start with some courses.

You need some hardware to capture those movements (not sure what it is), some drivers for that hardware, and then a graph or a picture control to display that data.

And a plan for an architecture.
