link a scroll bar to plot legend

hi need help how to link a scroll bar to plot legend..

i feel tht it is too hard..

i can get some examples plz

Simple right click on the plot legend as in the screenshot below.



Scroll bar works automagically....no code needed.

It is not there in LV 8.0.
