I'm not particularly knowledgeable in this subject but I had a suggestion. You might try posting a discussion on this group page (https://decibel.ni.com/content/groups/labview-interface-for-arduino). That seems to be there area where the hardcore Arduino and LabVIEW users hangout so someone there might have already ported it to target the Due. Good luck!
You might also look into using the Max32 (Arduino Compatible) by Digilent as an alternative to the Due. NI recently purchased Digilent, Inc. so I suspect there will be much support for this in the near future.
