Hi NI..
I have a problem with my Lab View 2009 program. I have make a control design and simulation about vibration control with PID and MPC. I have some problem:
1) how to get manipulated variable (output controler) of sinosidal voltage like the picture attached.
2) how to display output plant as sinosoid graph like the picture attached.
3) how to convert output plant (deflection to amplitude) and what is the appropriate setpoint if i have output plant(deflection) ?

Hi Yani,
I am not sure I understood your questions. The way the process variable (manipulated variable) approaches the setpoint will be based on the control algorithm. In the case of PID, the way this occurs would vary depend on the P,I and D values. By looking at a graph, it is not possible to ascertain what those P,I and D values would be. You can find out what works for you through trial and error.
You can display graphs in the Simulation loop using the Simulation Time Waveform (Functions Palette >> Control Design & Simulation >> Simulation >> Graph Utilities >> Simulation Time Waveform).
I am not sure what you meant by your third question. I hope my explanation proves helpful. I would appreciate it if you could elaborate on what you are trying to do using Control Design & Simulation Module.
