Now I have a video capture card with its Activex class.The class include several method which i can call from invoke node.But still i don't know how to display my video on LV6i?3x

Mark,
On the front panel, drop an ActiveX container, right-click on it and select Insert Active Object. Browse to your object.
On the block diagram, look through all the methods and properties and find some sequence of methods and properties that would allow you to play a video.
