memory error labview PDA

I am running a simple application using labview PDA in a pocket PC, the application consists in reading a wav file. The app size is 524 k and the file size is 58k. the PDA is giving me errors as "unable to allocate memory" or "unable to lock memory chunk". The memory of my PDA is 95% free, both storage and Programs. Why is this happening?, what is the problem?. Can somebody help me
