I am looking for any kind of radiometric imaging device/system that can film through the wall. Where can I ask about it.

Are there any devices that have been designed in labview.

I may be confused as to what you are asking.  LabVIEW is a software development platform, which cannot design hardware devices.  If there is a HW device that already does this, you may be able to interface to it using LabVIEW.  Please clarify what it is that you are looking to do and I'll do what I can to help.
