this file is the NI variable engine. After installing A SCADA application to the PC and leave it for testing for few days, the file went missing. The SCADA reads the data from A PLC through an OPC. The current OPC are trial one which can run only for 2 hrs, after that it requires to be restarted. So during that time there might be an error to find the library and so on, but it just a short time, then the OPC restarted back. I don't thing this was the problem since our previous project still using the that for testing and yet haven't create this type of problem. Plus, I also use a Gloobal Variable to indicate 1 VI to another. This might cause the problem. This has been quite few times and couse us a lot of trouble. Is there any possiblity that the developer might takes while developing a program? and Is there any way to recover the error?
