mobile module configuration and requirements

i want to control a household appliance using a PDA. i want answers to the following questions

1. i have a nokia smartphone with symbian belle software, can i use this.

2. how to configure a mobile, i am using lv 2010, should i buy any licence (like SCCT or something)

The only way to do this is through the web server interface. The mobile module only supports the Windows Mobile OS- and not even the most recent version.

what do you mean by web server interface ?? DO you mean i should use toolkit like SCCT where my PC will be the subscriber and there will be a PC as a publisher which controls the working of the household equipment ??

No I mean creating a RESTful web service from within LV. Do a search for it on the NI website. They have several resources there, as well as LV ships with examples.

A web service is another kind of build specification.
