modal analysis

Hello, I am looking for some examples of soft to modal analysis.

The TDMS which I get from one modal hammer and one accelerometer I've got to load in program and do a modal analysis.

I want to see what this program should looks like.

I am totally newbie in LV.

Hi Jurij,

we got a couple of function VIs for modal analysis available for download here, I think these are the best starting point for your application. Check out the prewritten examples, try modifying some parameters, observe te code structure. There is also a whitepaper written on the subject, you can find it here.

Hi Andrew,

I tried to use the VIs that you linked, but when I'm using them I always get an error that some VIs couldn't be found.

The names of the VIs are:

si_chebychev matrix.vi

si_Estimate Model_input FRF format adjustment (SISO).vi

I use LabView 2015 Professional Development System and should have all required Toolkits. Are the VIs renamed in LV 2015 or something like that?
