Hello jenil,

Starting with version 4.3.4, the Modulation Toolkit does not require an activation sequence.  This means that you will not be able to find it in the NI License Manager.  Since you won't be able to find it there, I would check the following places where the Modulation Toolkit should be listed:

1. Start menu

Start » All Programs » National Instruments » Modulation Toolkit

2. Windows Explorer

Default location is: C:\Program Files (x86)\National Instruments\Modulation

3. NI Program List for Uninstall

Control Panel » Programs and Features » National Instruments Software (click Uninstall/Change) » NI LabVIEW Modulation Toolkit X.X
