multiple 6070E board pre-triggering

I have 4 6070E boards in a pxi system for a total of 32 differential channels,
sampled at 100kHz per channel for a total of 10 seconds. I want to trigger
on one channel with pre-trigger scans on all 32 channels. The pre-trigger
duration is 500msec. I have started with the example vi Two E-series Triggered
Externally and will add the two extra boards once working. Any suggestions
on how to set up the AI config/start/read on multiple boards to achieve the
pre-triggering requirements? I have made various attempts based on the triggering
examples in the example library which have resulted in errors (10800,10018,10688,10003).
