my new ia opc servers software wont load

I just purchased the industrial automation opc servers ver 5.0 and when following step 1 to create a server all I get is a "Cannot load Industrial Automation OPC Servers classes" message. Whats up with this? alot of good it did shipping ups red!

Hi Rick,
First of all, the most recent version of IA OPC servers is 5.1 not 5.0, please let me know which version you are using. Also let me know
- which documents/tutorial you are following to set it up. What are the exact steps to generate this error
- your Operating System?
- If you are logging in as administrator.

Thank you for the response Remzi. I took care of the problem with an Engineer on the phone.
