Purchased myDAQ evaluation kit. Tried to install on my PC. I am running Win 7 64 bit and Labview 2009 (64 bit(?)), full version and MultiSim 11.0, DAQmx 9.3(?).
I get the installer dialog where I am offered the options to install ELVISmx 4.3, LabView 2011, and MultiSim 11.02.
I select just ELVISmx 4.3. The installer chugs for a while, then says ELVISmx is incompatible with LabView 64 bit and exits.
How to proceed? Am I going to have to clobber LV2009 with the (no doubt stripped down) LV2011 that came with the eval kit? And will I have to clobber MS 11.0 as well? Is this going to break DAQmx as well?
I just wanted to see whether myDAQ would be useful in a course I am going to teach. The answer is pretty clear already.
Thanks in advance
(PS FYI your spell checker doesn't recognize LabView.)

Hi,
I just hit the same road block. I also want to use the myDAQ to teach in the classroom. I was unable to install 32-bit LV on my EP121 tablet, so went with the 64-bit version. Is there any chance that a 64-bit-LabVIEW-compatable ELVISmx is on its way?
