I have purchased the NI myRIO Mechatronics Kit and attached the Motor adapter board to the myRIO device. My goal is to control my motor with PWM using the FPGA chip on the myRIO device. I know that the FPGA has a limited number of VIs and the PWM express VI does not appear as a selection. Can someone please how to get PWM to work on FPGA with my motor adapter board. Thanks.

I have attached a picture of my code.

I just showed your picture to a myRIO connected to my PC, and it failed to respond! Maybe if you attach actual LabVIEW code that a myRIO can understand ...

How do I use the FPGA VIs to create a PWM signal? Can someone please send me some example code?

I am not sure where you have got those VI's from. I am guessing it is part of an example template that I haven't come across.
This is one way of doing PWM on FPGA
