myRIO web configuration

hello everyone, who can help me please, I have a target myRio, I cannot access a web browser configuration. Enclosed is a picture of error, thanks.

I don't understand the error because my french is terrible but...

1) Does the myRIO show up in MAX?

2) Do you have 'Web Configuration' installed on the myRIO? In MAX under the myRIO software go to 'add or remove software' and you can check which components are installed.

Also - there's a dedicated myRIO forum here, you may want to try there in future.
