.net Assembly missing after build

Hello,

i am using the System.Windows.Forms toolbar in my Labview 2012 SP1 program. Now i have built an executable of my program successfully but it wont run (in simulation it works without any problems):

When i remove this event registration it works:

So why work all other functions from System.Windows.Form.Toolbar and the event callback can not find the library? I use the toolbar at several places in the program.
