nidaq simulated device interaction

Hi,

I was developing something for Labivew where I will be outputting a voltage signal.  Regretfully, I have to be offsite for a while.  This means I can't test my stuff (and I need to do constant testing because there is still plenty about Labview I need to learn).

I stumbled on NIDAQ simulated devices and think its great.  I created a simulated device for this guy (made a simulated chassis and simulated the 9263 within that chassis) and I believe I got the voltage output to work.  However, I wanted to check to actually view and take a look at what is going out.

I thought how I was going to observe the output to a simualted device, and I realized that I might be able to simulate a voltage input device and then somehow link the two.  Just like in many other instances, I could open up the labview measurement and automation explorer and then simply observe visually what seems to be coming in/out of the voltage output model until I can get to the real hardware and make sure it is acting as intended.

Is this possible at all?  I would love to be able to pull this off if possible --> to cause the simulated output device to be read by the simluated input device so I can take a look at what is going on.

Thanks

Sorry, but its not possible. The simulated output goes nowhere and the simulated input is a fixed sine wave. You can display the signal you create on a chart or graph.
