nidist.id error when trying to install FRC 2016

I just downloaded the Labview for FRC 2016 and the Update.  When trying to install the first download I get an nidist.id error 32 for every file it tries to install and subsequently none of them get installed.

Have you tried re-downloading the installer or downloading the installer from another computer? Is it possible your network or firewall settings are impeding the download and preventing you from receiving the complete files?

I would recommend trying the download on another computer, preferably one that is not on a controlled network and has firewall settings turned off temporarily. Then you can move that installer to the other computer. This would work around any network or firewall restrictions on the problematic computer.

Similarly, you may want to try the installer that currently is not working on another computer not on the same network. This would help determine whether or not the behavior is specific to your installer or to the computer.

Also, do you have a file named “nidist.id” amongst the installation files you downloaded?

I didn't quite do what you said, but your comments led my to download the files again in the standard download mode instead of the NI Downloader.  I have no choice about the firewall issues.

The standard download worked.  Thank you so much for your comments.!!
