nimax error

Hi all.

I get errors when try to open Ni MAX.

Im using LabVIEW 7.0 with the Driver CD.

using XP btw.

NIMAx.exe encountered a problem and needed to close. This error occurred on (date/time) For more info click here.

When i click it, next window as shown in attached file prompt.

Error Signature

App Name : nimax.exe  App:3.0.0.3014 ModName:daqmxnetworkprovider.mxx

the details on the bottom part (in japanese) doesnt have any important things.

Just about permission to send some details about computer spec for error troubleshooot.

When i clicked,second last blue coloured with underline words, the details about error came out, but i cannot file where the report is being saved to.

Got any idea with this problem?

The problem solved.

First, I tried reinstalling MAX few times but the error still come out,

Then, today after uninstall MAX, i found there still some leftover files in MAX folder

in National Instuments directory in Program Files.

I ended up deleted all of it and reinstall MAX then the problem solved.

If there are any people faced this problem better do backup on settings and etc before do so.
