How can I use up, down arrow keys to navigate a listbox, when selection mode
is '1 or more items'? I can select a line with the mouse, the selection is
shown by a blue colored line. Using up or down arrows only moves a light
grey frame up or down the listbox, but the selection does not follow. What
am I missing ?

The listbox is working the way it should. the arrows move the gray frame. Pressing the space bar selects the item the gray box is around.
