From the National Instruments side, the important thing to have with you is your serial number. With that you can download anything for which you have a license, and install and activate it.
In terms of your eval board, you mention uvision. Is that the company that makes the hardware? Do they have their own set of drivers? You might want to check to see if they have a user forum where you can ask for help with their products.
