Thank you everyone for your answers,
I checked the text file again with Wordpad and Word and found out that the last values were somehow corrupted. I'm using Event structure in the main VI with Timeout. Maybe this Timeout (10 ms) is disturbing the saving process...? Or as muks suggested the problem might lie in array values. The End of Line constant are not causing this anyway.
