ocular prosthesis

I want to simulate the ocular prosthetic device which will work on the same principle as the zooming action takes place in digital cameras so that the retinal prosthetic device will adjust the lense automatically according to the impairity of the the person.

Is this concerned with LabVIEW or Bio-bench... ?!
