I have plotted graph frequency vs amplitude of real time signal using hardware usb1208fs and software labview 8.2 . I set the scan rate of 2000S/sec and taken 300 samples. In every iteration of loop, the amplitude is being varied against same input. I take three readings and in all these three waveforms amplitude is different. In practice in every loop iteration different waveforms are displayed. Please guide me why this is being happened and how I can get stable output.( I attached the two waveforms that i get with same input. Notice the amplitude difference in these two waveforms)
