Nobody's bashing anybody. We're expressing frustration over what seems to be us just talking without being heard. After you've done a couple of thousand responses this comes up from time to time. I did go over the last few pages of the other 10-page thread, and I could see Ravens' frustration over the intended behavior/requirements changing from post to post. I started to feel a similar frustration after it seemed to me that what I was saying wasn't being heard.
The people on this board who answer posts are all volunteers. We do this because we want to help. However, sometimes people want something for nothing, just don't listen, or simply assume we know exactly what they're trying to do as if we're psychic. Sometimes people need to be told that they're not explaining themselves clearly or consistently, or that sometimes they're not listening. Whether or not that's their nature, or whether they're simply too close to a project I'm not here to say. All I'm saying is that sometimes we need to vocalize that sentiment. If I vocalized that sentiment too harshly, then I apologize.
By the way, I didn't take any of that "expensive" LabVIEW training either.
