peak detector not functioning properly

Hello I am not getting all my values from the peak detector. Can someone help me. I have probed the specific areas and tried changing numbers but that did not work. The file name is activation times and the tdms file name is test1. thank you

You haven't supplied all of your VIs. "reg dirivative" is missing.

Usually it's more helpful if you simplify your VI to not include the File read/write operations and just read data from a constant. THis makes it much easier for us to work with your code.
