Hi,
I am using a pointgrey usb3 camera ( flea3-U3-32S2C ) to recorde a video in experiment. When I tried Flycap2 (the commerical software to the camera) to control camera, the video recorded is good. However When I used labview programme to control automatically the camera to recrode video, the video quality is very bad. The video appearance looks non-uniform or non-smooth. There are several remarkable grayscales on the appearance. The video can not be used in my project. Please see videos attached. Could anybody give me some help ? I appreciat that very much.
Thanks.

Hi 7890000,
It's tough to tell what could be doing this, but a good first place to start is to make sure your drivers are fully upgraded. Make sure your IMAQ and IMAQdx (if you're using them) drivers are up-to-date, as well as having the latest patches for LabVIEW.
Have you tried performing a snap in NI-MAX? Does the image still turn out badly?
