poor connection using datasocket

I have a Labview made exe that is running remotely on a PC. I am using datasocket connection to broadcast information on various PCs. The problem is that the exe that is used to broadcast, keeps losing connection. We have to restart the remote exe to restore the connection. Any tips?

Can you be more specific as to how your program works?  What data are you sending?

Losing a connection is a normal part of network communications (though it is usually infrequent), you can set your program up to re-establish the connection if it has been lost.  How often does this occur?
